An Expert Talk on "Expectations from Industry"

The objective of arranging an expert lecture on "Expectations from Industry" is to provide students with insights into the current expectations and trends in industry related to soft skill development, code and standardization, digital invention and process simulation, optimization and sustainable solutions, importance of multi-discipline interface, and design with RAM. The lecture aims to expose students to real-world examples of how these industry expectations are being implemented and how they impact different fields of engineering. Additionally, the lecture aims to provide a platform for students to interact with industry experts, ask questions, and gain a better understanding of the skills and knowledge they should acquire to succeed in the industry. Ultimately, the lecture aims to inspire and prepare students for successful transitions into the workforce, incorporating these industry expectations into their careers.
