Mechanical Engineering Department organised an expert lecture on “Role of an industrial engineer in current industries” for Semester IV and VI students with expert Mr. Viren Sarvaiya, Sr. Associate OPEX at Baxter International Inc. The main objective of event was to make students aware about the role of an industrial engineer in organization. Expert gave overall view of technologies used for production, planning and control in industry.  At the end of the session, question and answer session was conducted to solve students’ queries.
