About the “Event”

The event was organized by Electrical Department in association with VAA. In order to be good, efficient and industry ready engineer, certain qualities can be developed in students at early level. With this objective an expert talk was organized discussing the values required by an engineer such was Leadership, time management and different management strategies required.

Content/Discussion Points of the “Event”

  • Alumni Mr. Parimal Astik (2014 Alumnus) gave an insight of different leadership traits that can be developed in engineers which may help them for placement activities too. Different Roles of Engineers in Industry was in detailed discussed and students actively participated in the discussion.
  • Different Management strategies required for an efficient Engineer were explained to students with very simple way.
  • Students discussed various points and seeked guidance on improving skills.
  • Mr. Parimal Astik gave his insights on what we think is what we become and explained the need of positive thinking and time management at undergraduate student level.
