Electrical engineering department has organized an expert lecture on “Transformer Design” Lecture was Organized for the students Of BE to understand about transformer design  and Its application in  different areas. The expert lecture was delivered By Dr. Dhruvesh Mehta . he is senior electrical design engineer at virginia transformer corporation, he completed his B.E(electrical), M.E(power system) and P.hd(easter liquid). He has experience of 14 years. He has also presented many papers at international and national level. the certificates were issued to participants which is helpful in getting points under 100-point activity.

The objective of today’s expert session is to provide students and faculty with a broader perspective on modern transformer design from an industry standpoint. Students have developed a comprehensive understanding of transformer design principles, including core material selection, winding configurations, loss reduction techniques, thermal management strategies, and modern technological innovations. They are equipped to critically analyze, design, and optimize transformers for a wide range of industrial and renewable energy applications.
