Futurepreneurs - Igniting the Innovator in You

VGEC’s E-Cell successfully organized an awareness seminar titled “Futurepreneurs: Igniting the Innovator in You” today. The event aimed to inspire and guide aspiring student innovators to explore the exciting journey of startups and entrepreneurship.

The session introduced attendees to the basics of innovation, startup ideation, and the support ecosystem available to young entrepreneurs. It emphasized the importance of converting raw ideas into scalable ventures and making use of available government schemes, funding avenues, and incubation programs.

An interactive student activity was also conducted, where participants were challenged to "sell a pen", a classic entrepreneurial task designed to simulate real-world pitching, communication, and creativity. The activity was met with excitement and enthusiasm, allowing students to apply their learning in a fun and practical setting.

This seminar highlighted the opportunities available for students to join the E-cell and actively engage in real-world entrepreneurship activities, and the session ended with a positive call to action, motivating attendees to take their first step into the world of startups.
