About the “Event”

• The main objective of visit was to make students to explore the new technologies and automation in the fabrication and engraving in printing cylinders
• Event started with the welcome note by owner of Industry Mr. Ambar Patel. He gave the introduction about the industry. After session light breakfast was offered to students
• After breakfast, students visited different sections like fabrication, alkaline coating, copper coating, engraving, chromium plating, graphic design and proofing. Methods of dispatching of cylinders were also explained.
• After visit, question and answer session was conducted and all the doubts of students were addressed.   
• Visit concluded with the vote of thanks and lunch for all the attendees.

• Electro-Mechanical Engraving, which is a precision technology.
•  Flexo plate processing technology from the world leaders KODAK and ESKO.
• Transfer printing, cigarette packaging, and chemical coatings 
• Operation work for fabrication, coating, engraving, embossing of printing cylinders. it prints label according to demand of company.
• Operation processes on conventional lathe machines, CNC, Grinding Machines, Coating and engraving machines for engraving cylinders were explained. 
• Graphic department, Proofing Department and dispatch department was shown in visit.
