One Week STTP on Electric Vehicle

Electrical Engineering Department of VGEC, Chandkheda in Collaboration with NITTTRB Gujarat Extension Centre, RCTI-Ahmadabad organised one-week short term training program (STTP) on "Electric vehicle" during 16th January, 2024 to 20th January, 2024 in offline mode. As a part of this STTP, industrial visits at BRTS charging station and iACE Gandhinagar were planned to bridge the gap between academia and industry and to get practical exposure to various areas of EV. Experts from Government Engineering Colleges, NIT, PDEU, Nirma University and IITRAM, were invited to deliver expert sessions on the latest research areas related to electric vehicles. Prof. (Dr.) N. N. Bhuptani (Principal, VGEC Chandkheda) was invited as chief guest in the inauguration ceremony of STTP. According to Principal VGEC, Prof. (Dr.) N. N. Bhuptani, " This training will provide a platform for the researchers and faculties to explore the recent developments in the areas of EV and it is an attempt to bridge the gap between Academia and Industry". Prof (Dr.) Bhavik N. Suthar (In-charge principal and Professor, LEC Morbi) was invited as Chief guest at the valedictory session. Entire STTP was officially concluded with certificate distribution.
