Startup Ethics and Law - A Practical Guide for Founders

On 15 Apr. 26, the E-Cell of Vishwakarma Government Engineering College (VGEC), Chandkheda organized an inspiring and interactive expert session titled “Startup Ethics & Law: A Practical Guide for Founders”, delivered by Krupal Chaudhary, Founder and CEO of Demaze Technologies. During the session, Mr. Chaudhary shared his entrepreneurial journey that began during his third year of engineering when he started his first startup e-Dost. Although the startup was unsuccessful, he explained how the experience helped him understand real-world challenges, risk management, and the importance of persistence in entrepreneurship. He encouraged students to view failures as stepping stones toward future success and motivated them to start exploring entrepreneurial opportunities during their college years.

Mr. Chaudhary further introduced students to his current venture Demaze Technologies, which provides services in web development, mobile application development, custom software solutions, and AI-based technologies. He explained how the company has successfully served 30+ clients and contributed to generating $10M+ revenue impact through innovative digital solutions. He emphasized that proper documentation is essential at every stage of startup execution and highlighted the importance of ethical and legal practices while building sustainable businesses. His session motivated students to think practically about entrepreneurship and demonstrated how structured planning, documentation, and ethical decision-making play a vital role in building successful startups.
