The Chemical Engineering Department, VGEC, in association with the Isha Foundation, organized a wellness session titled “Yoga for Mental Wellbeing” for students of BE Semester 1 and BE Semester 3. The session introduced students to simple yoga practices and breathing techniques aimed at reducing stress and improving focus. The trainer emphasized the connection between physical practice and mental clarity, encouraging students to adopt a balanced and mindful routine amid their academic schedules.
