An Expert Lecture on ‘‘Identifying Intellectual Property Component at the Early Stage of Innovation” was organized by the Chemical Engineering Department under the Student Start-up & Innovative Policy (SSIP) on October 30, 2021 on Microsoft Teams. The main objective of the Lecture was to build awareness among students for Intellectual Property Rights, to deliberate the process of Innovation, to boost and to create the importance of problem identification, novel innovation, and file the patent of innovation. It was to make them aware about trademarks, patents, geographical indication, copyrights and to discuss the process of patent and its advantages.
