"Career Pe Charcha" was a Two Day Guidance Event organized by IEEE VGEC to provide guidance to the newly entered students in engineering. Exclusive Training and Placement Officers (TPOs) were present as experts to share details of the placement process being conducted at VGEC, competitive exams for the fields, about adequate skill sets required to stand out from the crowd and also the career scopes of the respective field in future. VGEC Alumni were also invited from various departments to share their experiences throughout their whole college journey and also effectively guide the students in any competitive exam preparations properly.
