Abstract Alcohol water mixture like a Isopropyl alcohol and water, and ethanol and water mixtures formed minimum boiling azeotrope. Hence the separation of nearly pure alcohol (Absolute alcohol) from its aq. Solution by ordinary distillation is impossible. Currently there is huge demand of pure ethanol to be used additive in petrol. convection technology (Azeotropic distillation) by using Benzene as entrainer cannot be used as a ethanol obtained by this technology contaminated by Benzene. In INDIA For the same separation molecular sieve drying is used (Pressure swing adsorption). This proposed new technology will require less energy and less operating cost as compare to molecular sieve drying. Till now patents are not filed, Research paper on the same are published by using calcium chloride as an electrolyte. Research paper are not published on the use of sodium Hydroxide and lithium Bromide. Sodium Hydroxide and Lithium Bromide boiling point elevation are maximum Rather than other salt solution.
