Abstract The project focuses on developing two commercial flight computers, Atom and FC2, for the model rocketry community in india. These devices are designed to meet the needs of both beginner and advanced enthusiasts by offering affordable, locally-developed alternatives to expensive imported options ensuring enhanced reliability. ? Atom is a compact and high-performance flight computer, ideal for simple rocket flights, with features like parachute deployment and data logging. ? FC2 is a more advanced system, equipped with enhanced sensors, geopositioning functionality, and long-range communication capabilities, suited for complex missions requiring detailed telemetry and tracking along with 2 pyro channels and onboard data logging for redundancy. The project aims to empower the fast growing Indian model rocketry community by providing accessible and innovative technology, contributing to both local and global advancements in the field.
