Abstract | The proposed project involves creating a solar-powered water flow control system that allows users to manage water flow through a pipe via keypad input. The aim is to offer an efficient, sustainable solution for water management, particularly in remote or off-grid areas. The system?s uniqueness lies in its integration of solar power for energy and its precise keypad control, which prevents water leakage and minimizes waste. The expected outcome includes enhanced control over water distribution, reduced environmental impact due to solar energy use, and improved water conservation through accurate flow management. This will help to save water by setting a preset value of water to be filled in a container or to be supplied in different places, for e.g. 100 liters for gardening, 20 liters in a bucket, etc. It will also help in detecting water leakage throughout the house by detecting a long-time continuous water wastage/leakage by using appropriate flow sensor. |
