Abstract |
Majority of existing Authentication methods for IOT are Key based/Password based method. From the state of art we derived that such methods leads towards various security threats such as Password leakage attack, Replay attack, Eavesdropping attack and MITM attack. Also, discussed Authentication methods do not provide unique and unambiguous device identification. Because of that devices can become vulnerable to Physicalattack and location spoofing attack. So, there is a need to design and develop secure Multi-factor IOT Authentication approach by considering factors: (1) Context Parameter (2) Key Parameter. |
